Pastor Johnny founded Iasis Christ Fellowship in 1989, going public in 1994, after having a vision for the unity of the local churches and the spiritual transformation of the Fort Collins community.
In addition to leading Iasis, Johnny has helped organize a citywide Pastors Prayer Fellowship, which has been meeting monthly for the past fourteen years. He is currently the Executive Director of the Fort Collins Church Network, a group of churches dedicated to service in the community. Johnny also serves as chaplain with the Fort Collins Police Department and the CSU Athletic Department, where he counsels and mentors people from all walks of life.
Johnny and his wife, Vicki, have two children, Justine and Alex (both young adults). They have lived in the Fort Collins community for 23 years, where they are known and respected for their many contributions in athletics, business, education, the arts and the faith community.
Overseeing Iasis is a Council of individuals appointed by Pastor Johnny. The Council’s role is to make executive decisions that guide the church, including finances, ministries, staff and membership. Currently serving on the Council are 6 men, headed by Pastor Johnny.

Current staff and consultant positions include the pastoral administrative assistant, receptionist, children’s ministry coordinator, IT and AV systems, and business consultant.
