What are Small Groups?
They are regular gatherings, small enough to accommodate the characteristics of caring, connecting and communicating in Christ. Each group is led by someone who can facilitate, stay on target and provide a safe and friendly environment. We meet in homes and other casual settings all over the city.
Why Small Groups?
All of us need a place to experience the lasting benefits of giving to and gaining from other people in Iasis Christ Fellowship. Sunday services provide a group connection with each other, small groups provide an individual connection.
Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and are together with glad and sincere hearts (Acts 2:46)
Who Should Get Involved?
Everyone! All of us are busy and our time is important. Yet, it's amazing how much experience we gain when we make a commitment. We commit our time to what we value.
We are a body. As a body, we have many parts.
At Iasis Christ Fellowship, the care of each individual is extremely important. A key component for addressing this need is our small groups. We are a body. As a body, we have many parts. The health of each part is reflected in the health of our whole body. The Bible describes this as : . . . the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies . . . (Ephesians 4:16)
How Do I Get Started?
Whether you are ready to lead or become a participant in a small group, you probably still have a few questions. Feel free to give us a call to let us know your questions or thoughts on small groups.
We look forward to seeing you!
